Before You Register: Have This Ready
Registration takes about 10 minutes if you have everything in hand. You'll enter your full roster when you register, so gather this first.
Team
• Team name
• Grade division (4th to 8th grade, boys or girls)
Coach or Team Manager
• First and last name, email, mobile phone
• City, state, and zip code
Each Player (3 to 6 players)
• First and last name and birthdate
• City, state, and zip code
• Parent or guardian name and email
• Second or emergency phone number
• T-shirt size (see the Tournament Ts tab for sizes)
How to Register a Team
1. Click the Register button for the tournament you want to enter.
2. Sign in to TeamSnap Tournaments. New to TeamSnap Tournaments? Click “Create your account.” Every registering coach or parent needs a TeamSnap account.
• If you already have a TeamSnap login and see a blank page after signing in, create a new account or email us.
3. Under TEAM, leave “Select Team” on “Add New Team,” type your Team Name, and choose your Division. The cost fills in for you.
4. Under PARENT/COACH/TEAM MANAGER, enter your first and last name, email, mobile phone, city, state, and postal code.
5. Under TEAM ROSTER, click “Add Roster Member” (or “Import Roster”) and add your players (minimum 3 players, maximum 6 players).
6. Under WAIVERS AND AGREEMENTS, check the box “I agree to the 3Ball Mid-Atlantic Liability Waiver” (the box is small and easy to miss, see image below), then type your full name in the Electronic Signature box. The team organizer signs this ONE waiver for the team.
7. Click “Add Team,” then complete payment.
8. You can continue to edit the roster until the roster lock date
(typically two weeks before the tournament). For the Christmas Classic, rosters lock December 11, 2026.

Liability Waiver (Required)
The Team Manager is responsible for this step.
• The team organizer signs one waiver in TeamSnap during registration (Step 6). This does NOT cover every player.
• Each parent/guardian must also sign the waiver on the Waivers and Forms page (“Click to Sign Waiver”).
• Share the website link with every parent on your team. Direct them to “Waivers and Forms” Tab.
• Each parent will receive an email with the website link and the waiver.
• Every player must have a completed waiver on file before they can play in the tournament.
• The waiver link is on the Waivers and Forms page.
T-Shirts
T-shirts are $15 and are NOT charged at registration.
T-shirt orders and sizes are collected during registration.
Stripe invoices for tshirt purchases will be sent to parents/guardians via email after registration.
“Tournament Ts” Tab includes sizing and color chart.
Late Registration and T shirt Orders placed after the shirt cutoff date may not receive a shirt in time for the event, incur an additional processing fee and done on case by case basis.
Important Rules
• Play-up is allowed.
• Playing down is not allowed.
• No coaching is allowed during games.
